Still & Flow CIC

Embrace mindful living

Still and Flow CIC is a community wellbeing organisation rooted in slow living, natural rhythms, creativity, and mindful care. Through seasonal workshops, reflective practices, and the Still & Flow magazine, we create welcoming spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, their communities, and the natural world.

Blending creativity, storytelling, movement, and seasonal wellbeing practices, Still and Flow encourages moments of pause, reflection, and connection — helping people cultivate greater balance and wellbeing in everyday life.

Our Approach

Still and Flow CIC delivers creative community wellbeing projects that help people slow down, reconnect, and support their emotional wellbeing.

Our work includes seasonal workshops, reflective and creative practices, mindful movement inspired by qigong, and storytelling sessions that encourage connection, creativity, and a greater sense of wellbeing in everyday life.

We also produce Still & Flow magazine, a free seasonal publication that shares reflective writing, gentle practices, and inspiration for mindful and intentional living.

All of our activities are designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

Meet the Founder

Creative practice, lived experience, and the story behind Still and Flow CIC

I’m Sarah, creator of Still & Flow and founder of Little Wren Qigong.

My journey began during a period of personal change, when I was seeking calm, balance, and a gentler way of living. This led me to discover Qigong, which became a grounding practice of pause, breath, and intentional movement.

From this foundation, I explored Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, which continue to inform my understanding of holistic wellbeing and seasonal living.

With over 20 years’ experience as a primary school teacher, creativity and education are central to everything I do. Still & Flow CIC was created to share these practices in an accessible, community-focused way through workshops, storytelling, and seasonal wellbeing projects.

Alongside this, I continue to explore how qigong and seasonal wellbeing practices can support people of all ages to slow down, reconnect, and build greater awareness and balance in everyday life.
